What:   Hiawatha's100th Annual Halloween Frolic

When:  October 31st, 2014

 

Register your parade entries, floats, bands, etc here!  Registration is always free!

 

Entry Rules:

1. Items, including candy, may NOT be thrown from your float/vehicle.

(Walkers may distribute candy, but please plan for any necessary “refills” to be done quickly, or gaps occur in the parade route.)

2. All Emergency Entries will be limited to 2 (ex. 2 police cars representing a department, 2 fire trucks, ect)

3.  Deadline for registration will be October 27th, 2014.  If you want to be announced in the parade, we will need your entry by this time.

 

Frolic Schedule is as follows:

12:00pm Registration for Kiddie Costume Contest

1:30pm costume judging starts

11:00am to 2:45pm check in for pre-registered entries at "The Vine" parking lot

2:45pm judging for afternoon parade entries

3:30pm  Afternoon Parade

3-5:00pm Business Trick or Treat

6:00pm Queen Judging

4:30pm to 6pm check in for pre-registered entries at intersection of Iowa and Morrill Avenue

7:30pm Grand Parade
